Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy


At GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE, we value the integrity of our artwork, products, and customer experience. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.



1. All Sales Policy



Due to the nature of original artwork, limited pieces, custom items, and made-to-order products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:


  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance caused by screen/display settings
  • Custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order items




2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery

 


Please include:


  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable



If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:


  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund




3. Return Authorization Required



No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE.


If a return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.



4. Return Conditions



Approved returns must be:


  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return instructions



We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, alteration, or mishandling.



5. Refund Processing



If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.



6. Exchanges



We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We do not guarantee exchanges for limited releases, one-of-one works, or sold-out items.


If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.



7. Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:


  • Original artwork
  • Limited edition pieces
  • Custom artwork
  • Commissioned work
  • Personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards




8. Shipping Issues



Once an order has been shipped, GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.



9. Lost or Stolen Packages



GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


We will do our best to assist you where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for carrier-confirmed delivered packages.



10. Right to Refuse



We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
