Shipping policy

At GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE, each order is handled with care and intention. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.



1. Order Processing

Because some items may be original, handmade, made-to-order, limited release, or produced in small batches, processing times may vary. In such cases, longer fulfillment windows may apply and will be noted where applicable.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected, carrier performance, and destination.


Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • high order volume
  • customs processing
  • incorrect shipping information




3. Shipping Rates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or delivery fees will be displayed before purchase is completed.



4. Domestic and International Shipping

5. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect Shipping Information



Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.


If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.


GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.



7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, GOLD LABEL VISIONARY EYE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


We may assist where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.



8. Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within [5] business days of delivery at [Insert Email].

  • a description of the damage
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging



Any resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund, will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.



9. Delays



We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier interruptions, supply chain issues, severe weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.



10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments



If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any redelivery costs.



11. Separate Shipments



In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately depending on availability, production timeline, or fulfillment method.
